Recipe for Sabzi Acha
Ingredients
- 1/2 kg peeled and cut carrots
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1/2 kg turnips peeled and cut
- 1/2 kg cauliflower cut onto sprigs
- 3/4 kg peas (shelled)
- 2 cups vinegar
- 1/4 kg jaggery ( coarsely powdered)
- Grind
- 10 red chillies
- 1 pod garlic
- 2 ginger
- 2 tbsp mustard seeds

Cooking Directions
Parboil all the vegetables and stain and cool them. in a pan put the vinegar and jaggery, and bring to the boil.
add salt and ground spices and fry well for 2-3 minutes. add vegetables, mix well, and remove from the fire. cool and bottle.
