Recipe for HARA BHARA KABAB
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Green peas
- 30 grams Ginger
- 2 Green chilly
- 30 grams Coriander leaves
- 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper powder
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- Oil - for griddling
Cooking Directions
Peel and grate boiled potatoes. Mash boiled green peas. Make a fine paste of ginger and green chilies. Chop coriander finely.
In a pan, heat oil and crackle cumin seeds, add peas, ginger, green chilies paste, coriander, salt, and black pepper powder, mix well and remove from heat.
Add this to the mashed potatoes and form into Tikki or kebabs.
On a fry pan, heat oil shallow fry all kababs in it until they turn golden brown.
