Recipe for POTATO CHICKEN KEBABS
Ingredients
- 1 kilo Potato (Aloo)
- 350 grams Chicken boneless
- 2 tsps Salt
- 2 tbsp Black pepper crushed and powdered
- 3 green onion green stems of green onion, sliced
- 2 Egg
- oil for frying
Cooking Directions
Peel the potatoes and boil them.
Boil the chicken and shredded it.
Mash the potatoes and add salt and black pepper powder. Mix well.
Mix shredded chicken with potato mixture.
Cool down it and add green part of green onion.
Shape them as you can like round, cylinderical or square.
Dip each kebab into beaten egg. Shallow fry them.
Potato chicken kebabs can beserved with tea in the evening.
