Recipe for Badam Sherbet
Ingredients
- 1 glass boiled milk
- 2 tsp cream
- 1/2 cup grounded almonds
- 2 tbsp sugar
- rose water
- Kesar (saffron)
Cooking Directions
Mix kesar in some milk and keep aside.
Take the boiled milk. Add cream, sugar and grounded almonds and blend it in a grinder till the sugar dissolves.
Add ice and rose water and mix.
Now add kesar dissolved in milk.
Garnish with chopped almonds.
Badam (almond) sherbet Ramadan recipe is ready. Serve it chilled.
