Recipe for Homemade Eggnog
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Whole milk
- 1/4 cup Cream
- 1/2 cup Ice cream
- 1 Egg white, beaten stiff with 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tablespoons Powdered skim milk
- 1 Egg yolk
Cooking Directions
Blend all ingredients except for the egg white mixture.
Fold in egg white mixture.
Flavor with cinnamon and nutmeg as desired.
