• Chicken boneless ½ kg
• Flour 4 tbsp
• Corn flour 4 tbsp
• Egg 1
• Milk 2 tbsp
• Golden bread crumbs 1 cup
• Salt ½ tsp
• Black pepper ½ tsp
• Thyme ½ tsp
• Garlic powder ½ tsp
• Chili sauce 2 tbsp
• Chinese salt ½ tsp
• Oil for deep fry

Cut ½ kg chicken into small pieces, marinate with ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp black pepper, ½ tsp thyme, ½ tsp garlic powder, 2 tbsp chili sauce and ½ tsp Chinese salt.

Keep aside for 30 minutes.

In a pan mix together 1 egg, 4 tbsp flour, 2 tbsp milk and 4 tbsp corn flour.

Now dip each chicken bite in batter, coat with bread crumbs and fry till golden brown.

Remove and serve with ketchup.
