• Pineapple jelly 1 packet
• Cream 1 packet
• Mango ice cream ½ liter
• Pineapple pieces 1 cup
• Gelatin 1 tbsp heaped
• Cherries for garnishing (optional)

Dissolve pineapple jelly and gelatin in 1 cup of boiling water, cool and leave to set partially.

Chop pineapple into tiny pieces.

Add pineapple and ice cream into jelly and mix well.

Pour in a glass bowl, chill till set, decorate with fresh cream, cherries and pineapple cubes.
