Recipe for Mango Ice Cream Souflé
Ingredients
- Pineapple jelly 1 packet
- Cream 1 packet
- Mango ice cream ½ liter
- Pineapple pieces 1 cup
- Gelatin 1 tbsp heaped
- Cherries for garnishing (optional)
Cooking Directions
Dissolve pineapple jelly and gelatin in 1 cup of boiling water, cool and leave to set partially.
Chop pineapple into tiny pieces.
Add pineapple and ice cream into jelly and mix well.
Pour in a glass bowl, chill till set, decorate with fresh cream, cherries and pineapple cubes.
