Recipe for Ice Cream Souffle
Ingredients
- 1 packet Pineapple jelly
- 1 packet Cream
- 1/2 liter Vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup Pineapple pieces
- 1 tbsp heaped Gelatin
Cooking Directions
Dissolve 1 packet pineapple jelly and 1 tbsp gelatin in 1 cup of boiling water, cool and leave to set partially.
Chopped 1 cup pineapple into tiny pieces add to the jelly, also mixed in the 1/2 liter whipped ice cream.
Mix all well, pour in a glass bowl, chill till set, decorate with fresh cream, cherries and pineapple cubes.
