• Butter 1/2 cup
• Flour 1/2 cup
• Granulated Sugar2/3 cup
• Cottage Cheese 1/2 cup
• Egg 1
• Milk 2 tbsp
• Baking Powder 1/2 tsp
• Vanilla Extract 1/2 tsp
• Baking Soda 1/2 tsp

Preheat to oven 375 Degrees F.
In a large bowl, beat butter until softened.
Stir in half of the flour, the sugar, cottage cheese, egg, milk, baking powder, vanilla and baking soda.
Beat until combined.
Stir in remaining flour.
Drop by teaspoonfuls and place to inches apart on an ungreased baking sheet.
Bake for 9 to 11 minutes, or until browned.
Cool on baking sheet for 1 minute before removing to a wire rack to cool.
