• Boneless chicken fillets (diced, seasoned and cooked) 1/2 kg
• Apples (cubed) 1 cup
• Cucumber (cubed) 1/2 cup
• Raisins 12-14
• Mix nuts (chopped) 1/2 cup
• Mustard powder 1 tsp
• White vinegar 1 tsp
• Black pepper (freshly grounded) 1/2 tsp
• Paprika 1/2 tsp
• Fresh coriander leave (finely chopped) as required
• Mayonnaise 1 cup
• Olive oil 2 tbsp
• Salt to taste

Combine the diced chicken with remaining ingredients in a large bowl.

Toss well and add in mayonnaise and salt according to your taste.

Refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours before serving.
