• Chicken breast boiled 2
• Olive oil ¼ cup
• Garlic chopped 2 cloves
• Iceberg 1 flower
• Egg 2
• Brown bread 2 – 3 slices
• Parmesan cheese 50 gm
• Parsley chopped ¼ bunch
• Lemon juice ¼ cup
• Almond chopped 25 gm
• Black pepper crushed 1 tbsp
• Oil 3 tbsp
• Salt to taste

Cut bread slices into small cubes, fry with 2 – 3 tbsp oil till golden brown and keep aside.Finely chop 2 boiled chicken breasts.

Coarsely chop 1 iceberg and put in a bowl.Add in fried bread slices and chopped chicken.

In another bowl mix together ¼ cup olive oil, ¼ cup lemon juice, a little salt, 1 tbsp crushed black pepper and ¼ bunch of chopped parsley.Mix well and spread dressing on top of salad.

Boil 2 egg and then mash well. Spread on top of salad.Cut 50 gm parmesan cheese into slices and add to the salad.Lastly add salt to taste. Mix well and serve.
