Recipe for Chicken Potato Salad

- Boiled Eggs Chopped 2
- Potatoes (boiled) 3
- Gherkins Chopped 3-4
- Salt 1/4 tsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Mayonnaise 2/3 cup
Cooking Directions
Mix the chicken, eggs, potatoes and gherkins all together.
Add the salt and mayonnaise, then the oil, toss to coat.
Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours before serving.
