• Boiled chicken 1 cup (cubed)
• Boiled macaroni 1, ½ cup
• Capsicum finely chopped 1
• For Dressing:
• Crushed red pepper to taste
• Sugar 1 tbsp
• Tabasco sauce 1 tbsp
• Chopped coriander 1 tbsp
• Oregano leaves ½ tsp
• Salt ½ tsp
• Cream 2 tbsp heaped
• Mayonnaise 3 tbsp heaped
• Ketchup 4 tbsp

Put all the dressing ingredients in a bowl and whisk.

Put all the salad ingredients in a large bowl and toss.

Pour the dressing in the salad, toss again.

Serve chilled in lettuce cups.
