Recipe for Fish Kebabs
Ingredients
- Fish fillet 300 g
- Onion 1
- Coriander leaves bunch 1/4
- Green Chillies 5
- Eggs 2
- Refined flour as required
- Red Chilli powder 2 tbsp
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
- Chaat Masala 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying
Cooking Directions
Blend all ingredients together except eggs, oil and four.
Shape into kebabs and place in dish.
Whisk eggs and take out flour in a plate.
Heat oil in a frying pan.
Coat kebab first with egg mixture, then with flour.
Fry till golden, and remove and place onto absorbent paper.
Serve delicious kebabs with chutney and ketchup
