Recipe for Mahi Seekh Kabab (Fish Seekh Kebab)
Ingredients
- Fish boneless 1/2 kg
- Green chilies 8 (finely sliced)
- Onion chopped 1
- Chili powder 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp heaped
- Salt 1 tsp heaped
- Mint leaves chopped 1 tbsp
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Ghee 3 tbsp
- Coriander leaves chopped 3 tbsp
- White cumin (roasted and crushed) 1, 1/2 tsp
Cooking Directions
Mix fish with green chilies, onion, salt, chili powder, white cumin, turmeric, ginger garlic paste, ghee, coriander leaves and mint leaves.
Chop this mixture in a chopper for a minute or two.
Shape into seekh kebabs and put on skewers.
You can either barbecue the seekh kebab or bake in a moderate oven till done.
If you have baked the seekh kebab, then smoke the seekh kebab with a inflamed coal for a minute.
Sprinkle with lemon juice and serve with chutney.
