Recipe for Dal Palak
Ingredients
- Moong Ki Dal 1 Cup
- ginger 2 Pieces
- oil Or Ghee 1/4 Cup
- palak 1/4 Kg Finely Chopped
- green Chillies 6 Chopped
- soya Sauce 1/2 Bunch Finely Chopped
- onion Small 1
- methi 2 Small Bunch Chopped
- turmeric 1 Tsp Heaped
- salt 1 Tsp
Cooking Directions
Cook dal till half done with haldi.
Add in finely chopped palak, soy sauce, methi and cook till done and add salt.
Heat oil and fry ginger,onions,green chillies till slightly brown.
Pour on top of the dal before serving add in finely chopped coriander leaves & green chillies.
Dal Palak is ready to serve. Serve with Rice or chapati.
