Recipe for Palak Chana Daal
Ingredients
- Chick peas 300 gm (half boiled)
- Spinach ½ kg
- Tomato 4
- Green chili 6 to 8
- Oil 1 cup
- Cream ½ cup
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Whole coriander crushed 1 tsp
- Whole cumin crushed 1 tsp
- Red chili crushed 1 tbsp
- Ginger garlic chopped 2 tbsp
- Fenugreek 1 to 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Cooking Directions
Boil or steam the spinach and chopped and dry it.
Now half boil the chick peas.
In a pan heat oil and add chopped tomato with ginger garlic paste and cook till tomato starts tender.
Now add chick peas and spinach and cook on high flame.
Add red chili, coriander, cumin, all spice powder and green chili, cook till oil make separate layer.
In the end add fenugreek and mix it and dish it out top with cream and serve.
