Recipe for Mutton Korma
Ingredients
- Boneless mutton meat 1 kg
- Fresh unsweetened yogurt 1 cup
- Vegetable/ canola/ sunflower cooking oil 3-4 table spoons
- 3 Large chopped fine onions
- Garlic paste 2 table spoons
- Ginger paste 2 table spoons
Cooking Directions
Put ginger and garlic in yogurt and spices and marinate it until their juices came out.
Then make gravy of onions, lots of tomatoes, green chilies and whole spices like cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, coriander, cumin, etc.
After that put the mixture of ginger and garlic juices in it and cook it for some time.
Now put mutton in it and stir it and leave it for cooking.
After that server the Mutton Korma with breads like Chapattis, Paratha or Naans.
