Recipe for Tikkay

Ingredients

  • Beef 1 cup (cut in small pieces)
  • Yoghurt 1 cup
  • Garam masala 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste Vinegar 5 tbsp
  • Oil for frying

Cooking Directions

Marinate beef in all the ingredients except oil for about 4 hours. Heat oil in a pan.

Put the beef in the pan and fry until turn dark brown and tender.

Serve with chatni & naan.
