Recipe for Tikkay
Ingredients
- Beef 1 cup (cut in small pieces)
- Yoghurt 1 cup
- Garam masala 1 tsp
- Salt to taste Vinegar 5 tbsp
- Oil for frying
Cooking Directions
Marinate beef in all the ingredients except oil for about 4 hours. Heat oil in a pan.
Put the beef in the pan and fry until turn dark brown and tender.
Serve with chatni & naan.
