Recipe for Orange Curd Cup
Ingredients
- juice of 4 oranges
- 1 tsp corn flour
- 3 cups fresh hung curds (dahi)
- 2 tsp castor sugar.
- 1 tsp orange marmalade
- 1 tsp orange essence
- 1/4 cup mixed dry fruits
Cooking Directions
For The Garnish:1/4 cup canned cherries , readily available in the market.1/4 cup orange pieces.
Method. Heat a small non-stick pan, add the orange juice and corn flour mix well and cook till the mixture becomes thick.
Cool, add the orange marmalade, orange essence and sugar and mix well.
Add the dry fruits, mix well and refrigerate for 2 hours. Serve chilled garnished with cherries and orange pieces.
