Recipe for Mango Crunch
Ingredients
- Ground Cinnamon - ½ tsp
- Rolled Oats - ¾ cup
- Oil - 3 tbsp
- Green apples (diced after peeling) - 3 Nos.
- Ice-cream or frozen curd
- Brown sugar - ½ cup
- Salt - as per taste
- Flour - 1/3 cup
- Mango (diced) - 1 No.
Cooking Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 deg.
Take a mixing bowl and mix together oil, rolled oats, salt, brown sugar, cinnamon and flour.
Add mango and apple pieces to the pie pan.Pour the oat
mixture on top. Bake for half an hour.
Serve with ice cream or frozen curd.
