Recipe for Beef Chili with Red Sauce
Ingredients
- Beef undercut ½ kg
- Tomato ketchup 1 cup
- Chicken stock 1 cup
- Capsicum 2
- Green chili 10
- Corn flour 1 tsp
- Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
- Sesame oil 1 tbsp
- Vinegar 1 tbsp
- Black pepper ½ tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
Cooking Directions
Cut the beef into strips and marinate it with ½ tsp salt and 1 tbsp of sesame oil, leave it for a night.
Now heat 2 tbsp of oil and fry 1 tbsp of chopped garlic in it. when the fragrance start coming add the chicken and fry for 3 to 4 minutes. Now add 1 cup chicken stock, cook it on low flame.
When the boil start coming add ½ tsp of black pepper and corn flour. in the end ad 1 cup tomato ketchup, 1 tbsp vinegar, 2 tbsp soya sauce, 10 green chili and 2 capsicum, close the flame.
