Recipe for Cholai Saag
Ingredients
- Choolai Spinach-1kilo
- Whole Red Pepper-10
- Turmeric-1/2tsp
- Onion (medium)-4
- Red chili-4
- Salt-to taste
- Oil-1/2 cup
Cooking Directions
Take a cooking bowl heat up oil in it and put onion in it .
When onion turns golden in color then add spinach, green chili, red pepper, turmeric, salt and cook it over slow flame.
When water get evaporate then leave it from flame and serve it.
