• Chicken-21 pieces
• Fenugreek leaves-16 bunch
• Red chili powder-1tsp
• Ginger/Garlic paste-1 1/2 tbsp
• Green Chili-6
• Turmeric-2tsp
• Oil-1/4 cup
• Salt- As required

Wash the fenugreek leave well and dip in turmeric water.
Now take chicken pieces put 1/2 tbsp ginger/garlic and 1 tsp turmeric and mix it well now fry it.

When chicken gets golden in color then Remove it from the oil.

Take a cooking bowl, Heat up oil in it.

Put Onion in the oil and cook it until it becomes golden in color.

After that add ginger/garlic, turmeric, salt, red chili and cook it.

Now add chicken, fenugreek leaves, green chili and cook it over slow flame.

When fenugreek leaves water gets evaporate then switch off the flame.
