Recipe for Black Pepper Chicken Curry
Ingredients
- Chicken ½ kg
- Yogurt 250 gm
- Onion 1
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Cinnamon 2 to 3 sticks
- Clove 2 to 3
- Big cardamom 1 to 2
- Crushed black pepper 1 tbsp
- Crushed red chili 1 tbsp
- Crushed whole coriander ½ tsp
- All spice powder ½ tsp
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
- Green coriander 2 to 3 tbsp
- Oil 3 to 4 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Cooking Directions
In a pan heat 3 to 4 tbsp oil with 2 to 3 cinnamon sticks, 2 to 3 cloves and 1 to 2 big cardamom to crackle.
Then add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste with 1 onion to fry.
Then add ½ kg chicken saute.
Mix 1 tbsp crushed red chili, ½ tsp whole coriander ½ tsp all spice powder, 1 tsp turmeric powder and salt to taste in yogurt and add in chicken to cook well.
When chicken gets tender and oil separates dish it out and add 1 tbsp crushed black pepper with 2 to 3 tbsp chopped green coriander and serves.
