Recipe for White karahi
Ingredients
- chicken 1 kg
- onion 3 to 4 (fine chopped)
- almond 10 to 15(chopped)
- zeera 1 teaspoon
- garlic paste 1 tablespoon
- dahie 1 cup
- green chili 10 to 12(chopped)
- oil 3 tablespoon
- cream 1 packet
- salt according to taste
Cooking Directions
fry onion paste in oil to light brow add garlic paste fry it
add zeera and chicken
fry it and add green chili paste and salt
after few minute addd dahie
Mix it and let it cook for 10-15 minutes till the chicken becomes tender
then add cream cover and cook for 5 to 8 minute
garnish with almonds and severve with naan and routi
