• Egg-1
• Garlic-3 cloves
• All purpose flour {Maida}-2tbsp
• Corn flour-3tbsp
• Wooster sauce-2tbsp
• Salt to taste
• Black pepper powder as required

• Garlic-2 cloves
• Lemon syrup-2tbsp
• Wooster sauce-1tbsp
• Spring onion-1
• Lemon-1
• Honey-1/2 cup
• Corn flour-2tbsp
• Black pepper powder as required
• White pepper powder as required
• Salt as required

Take a bowl and put chicken, then along with it add salt, black pepper, white pepper, Wooster sauce, egg, garlic, flour, and corn flour and mix them well and then after that leave it for a while.

The heat the oil into a fry pan.

After that put chicken in the oil and cook for a while.

When chicken turns light brown in color, remove it and cut it in to pieces.

Take frying pan and put oil in it and garlic as well.

When garlic turns brown in color add honey, Wooster sauce, lemon syrup and cook it.

In the end while cooking add salt, black pepper, white pepper and corn flour in it.

Then as soon as it is ready garnish it with lemon and spring onion.
