• Chicken leg (boiled) 6
• Potato (boiled) 250 gm
• Salt to taste
• Black pepper 2 tbsp
• Chilli flake 1 tbsp
• Oregano 1 tsp
• Mozarella cheese 1/2 cup
• Bread crumbs 1 cup
• Egg 2

Mash potatoes put aside. Seperate all meat from chicken and put bones aside. Chopperize chicken meat and mix in potatoes.

Add salt, pepper, chilli flakes and cheese mix well.

Take batter on hand flate it and cover chicken bone make smooth shape.

Dip this drum stick in egg then roll in to bread crumbs and fry well. Serve with dips and ketchup.
