• 2 boneless chicken breast
• 8 oz double cream (1 cup)
• 4 cloves of crushed garlic (1 teaspoon)
• 2 chopped green chili''s
• Salt to taste
• Bread crumbs (2 cups)
• Oil for frying

Cut the chicken into small strips. Mix in the double cream, garlic , chopped green chili''s and salt with the chicken .

Set aside for about 10-15 minutes.

Then take out the chicken pieces from the marinade and coat thoroughly with the breadcrumbs.

Fry till chicken is cooked.
Enjoy on its own or with tomato sauce (ketchup).
