Recipe for Gajar ki kheer
Ingredients
- 1 cup grated carrot (gajar)
- 1 tsp ghee (clarified butter)
- 1/2 liter milk4 tsp sugar
- Chopped nuts
Cooking Directions
Heat ghee in a pan and fry carrot for 5 minutes.
Boil milk till its quantity reduces.
Add carrot and boil for few minutes.
Add sugar and boil for few more minutes. Garnish carrot kheer with nuts. Serve hot or cold.
