Recipe for bread pudding
Ingredients
- 8 slices bread,cut in to quarters 1tin condensed milk (397g) 1tin ideal milk 2cup fresh milk 6 egg 2tsp vanilla essence
Cooking Directions
beat eggs in a bowl. Add condensed milk and ideal milk and beat altogether.add bread slices and vanilla essence.Pour in to greased oven proof pudding dish.Bake in hot oven at 180oC for 30 mint.Serve hot.
