Recipe for Fig Pudding
Ingredients
- figs(anjeer) : – 3 cups
- Breadcrumb : – 4 cups
- Sugar : – 7 cups
- Shredded : – 5 cups
- Nutmeg : – 20 gms
- Milk : – 1 tin
Cooking Directions
Make the fine chopping of figs and mix nutmeg, suet, sugar and breadcrumb in it.
Add some milk in it.
Place the mixture into a greased basin, cover it with double piece of greased paper and keep for steaming for about 3 hours.
Now serve the dish with wine foam sauce.
