• 1 cup frozen spinach or 2 cups fresh spinach, washed, chopped
• 1/2 cup yogurt
• 1/8 cup sour cream
• 1 tbsp mayonnaise
• 1 tsp seasoning (chutney/maggi masala)
• salt to taste
• pinch of sugar

Wash and finely chop the spinach.

in a bowl, combine spinach, yogurt, sour cream and mayonnaise.

Add salt, sugar and any seasoning* of you choice and whisk for few seconds. (Most often I use the maggi masala seasoning or dry chutneys. Use any seasoning of your choice)

Serve with bread or chips.
