Recipe for Green Chicken Kebab


  • Chicken ½ kg (boneless and cubed)
  • Ginger and garlic 1 tsp (paste)
  • Salt to taste
  • Green coriander ½ bunch
  • Green chilies 3 to 4
  • White pepper ½ tsp
  • Lemon 2
  • Yogurt 2 tbsp
  • Coconut 1 tbsp (crushed)
  • Cooking oil as required

Cooking Directions

Grind green coriander and green chillies along with coconut.

Then add salt, white pepper, ginger, garlic and yogurt, mix well.

Marinate chicken pieces with prepared seasoning and put it in fridge for an hour.

Heat grill pan on medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes and add 2 tbsp cooking oil.

Spread chicken pieces on the grill pan and fry on medium heat.

Turn the chicken pieces once or twice while cooking and sprinkle 1 tbsp cooking oil and lemon juice every time you turn.

When chicken pieces are golden then take it off the flame.

Garnish with lemon wedges and serve hot.
