Recipe for Fried Daal Mash

Ingredients

  • Daal Mash 500g
  • Desi Ghee 3 tbsp
  • Onion Half Onion
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Green Chili 2pieces
  • Ginger & Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
  • Tomato 3 pieces
  • Salt as per taste
  • Red Chili Crushed 1tsp
  • Black Pepper Crushed 1tsp
  • Coriander Powder 1tsp
  • Cumin Powder 1tsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Whole Red Chili 6 pieces
  • Butter 5g
  • Ginger, Green Chili, Green Coriander Garnish
  • Hot Water Half Cup

Cooking Directions

In a cooking pot, add and boil water, turmeric, salt and Daal Mash. In a cooking pot, add Desi Ghee, onion, cumin, green chili and fry until light brown.

Now add, ginger & garlic paste and fry until light brown.

Afterward, add tomato, salt, red chili crushed, black pepper crushed, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric, hot water and cook it for 5-7 minutes.

Now add boiled Daal Mash, whole red chili, ginger, green coriander, green chili, butter and cook it for 5-7 minutes.

Your tasty Fried Daal Mash is ready to serve.
