• Mince chicken ½ kg
• Bread slices 8 – 10
• Green chili 4 – 5
• Black pepper powder 1 tsp
• Ginger garlic 2 tbsp (chopped)
• Egg 1
• Salad leaves 2 – 3
• Tomato 1 – 2
• Oil for frying
• Salt as required

In a food processor chop together the mince chicken, green chilies, black pepper, ginger garlic, eggs and salt until a smooth paste is formed.

Spread mince mixture onto each slice of bread and cut into medium sized pieces.

Deep fry until golden brown and crisp.

Serve the toast with lettuce leaves and sliced tomatoes.
