• Macaroni ¼ packet
• Sweet corn ½ cup
• Chicken breast 1 (sliced)
• Capsicum 1 (finely sliced)
• Carrot 1 (finely sliced)
• Tomato 1 (finely sliced)
• Egg white 1
• Egg yolk 5
• Parsley ¼ bunch
• White flour ½ cup
• Black pepper powder ½ tsp
• Fresh cream 2 tbsp
• Oil 3 tbsp
• Butter 4 tbsp
• Salt to taste

Boil macaroni until tender.

In a bowl add egg yolks, egg, white flour, salt, black pepper powder and fresh cream.

Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.

Add the sliced chicken fillet, capsicum, carrot and tomato to the marinade.

In addition add sweet corn along with the boiled macaroni and toss well.

Melt butter and add oil in a pan.

Now gradually add the macaroni and fry until the chicken tenders.

Serve in a dish and toss with finely chopped parsley.
