Recipe for Kasuri Malai Murgh
Ingredients
- Chicken 1 kg (cut in 12 to 16 pieces)
- Cream 1/2 cup
- Thick greek yogurt 1/2 cup
- Crushed red chili 2 tsp
- Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1/4 tsp
- Ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Bullit green chili 4 (chopped)
- Dry fenugreek leaves 2 tbsp
- Oil 1/2 cup
Cooking Directions
Heat oil add ginger & garlic paste, fry on high flame till changes colour slightly.
Add the chicken and fry till changes colour, on high flame.
Then add crushed red chili, salt, turmeric, yogurt, water 1 glass, wait for a boil on high flame, then cover and cook on low to medium flame till the oil comes on surface and the chicken is cooked.
Now add crushed black pepper, dry fenugreek leaves, green chilli, cream mix well and cook on high flame for 2 minutes.
Serve hot with roti, naan.
