Recipe for Patiala Chicken
Ingredients
- 700 gm Chicken
- 2 Onions
- 3 Tomatoes
- 1 Cup Yogurt
- Salt (As Needed)
- 1 TSP Turmeric
- 1 TSP Coriander Powder
- 1 TSP Cumin Powder
- ½ TSP Black Pepper Powder
- 1 TBSP Red Chili Powder
- 3 TSP Cashew Paste
- 1 Green Capsicum
- 2 Green Chilies
- 4 TBSP Ginger
- 5 gm Garam Masala
- ½ TSP Whole Cumin
- 1 TSP Kasoori Methi
- 3 TBSP Milk Cream
Cooking Directions
First of all, add chicken in a bowl.
Then add cumin powder, Red chili Powder, Salt, Turmeric, Coriander Powder, Black Pepper Powder, Yogurt, and mix these all ingredients.
Now keep this mixture into the fridge for 30 minutes.
Next, Take a Cooking Pot. Add Kisan Sooper Cooking Oil, Onions, Cumin and let them brown
Now add Chopped Garlic, Ginger, Garam Masala, and Tomato and cook it for 5 Minutes. Then add Cashew and cook it for more 2 Minutes
Add marinated chicken in this, mix it and cook it for 10 minutes by closing the cooking Pot
Now mix it by adding Milk Cream
Then add Capsicum, Onions, Green Chili, Kasoori Methi & mix
Your Tasty Patiala Chicken is ready to serve
