Recipe for CHICKEN KORMA
Ingredients
- 1 kilo 12 pieces
- 1 packet
- 1 tbsp
- 1/2 kilo
- 1/2 kilo chopped and fried
- 1 cup
Cooking Directions
Heat the oil and add ginger garlic paste in it. When it gets a bit golden, add the chicken in it and saute it for 2 min.
Mix the curd and shan masala and beat it, add to the chicken while stirring continuously. Keep it on high flame for 5 min and then keep it on low flame
When the chicken is well cooked and tender after 15 mins and the paste is fried, and you see a layer of oil on it, then add half cup water in it leaving it to cook on low flame with the lid on the sauce pan.
Cook for 5 min. Korma is ready, garnish with coriander leaves.
