Recipe for Chicken Hot Pot
Ingredients
- Chicken boneless 1 kg
- Chicken stock 1 cup
- Green chilies chopped 6
- Fresh mushroom 6
- Green onion 8
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
- White flour with chicken cube 1 tbsp
- Ginger chopped 2 tbsp
- White vinegar 2 tbsp
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp
- Corn flour 3 tbsp
- Oil as required
- Salt to taste
Cooking Directions
Soak mushroom in lukewarm water and cut them in slices.
Now in 1 kg boneless chicken add 3 tbsp corn flour with slat to taste and leave it for a while.
In a pan heat oil and fry chicken till it turn golden brown.
Then in an other pan heat 2 to 3 tbsp oil and add 6 green chilies, 8 green onion , 4 garlic cloves, mushrooms and 2 tbsp chopped garlic to cook.
Then add 1 tsp black pepper crushed, salt to taste and 1 tbsp corn flour with chicken cube to stir fry.
Now add chicken, vegetables, 1 cup stock, corn flour, vinegar, soya sauce and flour to cook for 2 minutes.
And put in oven proof dish to bake for 10 minutes and serve it with bun.
