Recipe for Chicken Roast
Ingredients
- Whole Chicken 1 piece
- Vinegar 3 cup
- Salt as per taste
- Ginger, Garlic Paste 4 tbsp
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Yellow Color ¼ tsp
- Turmeric 1 tbsp
- Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
- Red Chili Crushed 1-1/2 tbsp
- Red Chili Powder 1-1/2 tbsp
- Coriander Powder 1 tsp
- Hot Spices Powder 1 tsp
- Cumin Powder 1 tsp
- Black Pepper Crushed 1 tbsp
- Ajwain ½ tsp
- Cooking Oil as needed
Cooking Directions
Cut slightly the whole chicken on various places.
Now, in a pot, add vinegar, salt, ginger & garlic paste 2 tbsp and mix it well.
Afterward, keep the chicken in this pot for 30-35 minutes and then wash it.
In another pot, add yogurt, salt, yellow color, turmeric, lemon juice, red chili powder, red chili crushed, black pepper crushed, coriander powder, hot spice powder, cumin powder, ajwain, ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp and mix it well.
Now paste it mixture on the chicken and keep it in the refrigerator for an hour.
Next, deep fry the chicken in the cooking oil until golden brown.
Afterward steam it in the steamer for 35-40 minutes.
Your tasty Chicken Roast is ready to serve.
