Recipe for Sarson Kaa Saag
Ingredients
- 1 & ½ KG Saag
- ½ Spinash
- 250 gm Goosefoot Leaves
- Salt (As Needed)
- 1 TSP Ginger (Chopped0
- 1 TSP Garlic (Chopped)
- 6 Green Chilies
- 2 TSBP Corn Flour
- ½ TSP Re Chili Crushed
- 3 TBSP Desi Ghee
- Half Onion (Chopped)
- 5 Whole Red Chilies
Cooking Directions
First of all, add Saag, Spinach, Goosefoot, Salt, Water (1 Cup) in a Cooking Pot.
Now add, Chopped Garlic, Chopped Ginger, Red Chili Crushed, & Cook it for 2 hours.
Cook it well, and mashed it well.
After this take a pan, Add Desi Ghee (3 TBSP), Cloves (3 pieces), ½ Red Chili Crushed, Half Onion (Chopped), 2 TBSP Corn Flour, Saag, 5 Whole Red Chilies, cook it well and take it off from the stove.
Your Tasty Saag is Ready to Serve.
