Recipe for Falafill
Ingredients
- 300g Boiled Chickpeas
- 5g Green Coriander
- 5g Parsley
- 1 tbsp Garlic
- 1 tbsp Green Chili
- 3 tbsp Maida
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1 tsp Coriander Crushed
- ½ tsp Baking Powder
- As per taste Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
- As needed Cooking Oil
Cooking Directions
Grind the boiled chickpeas
Now, grind green coriander, parsley, garlic, green chili, grinded chickpeas (4 tbsp). Now the mixture is ready.
In a bowl, remaining grinded chickpeas, prepared mixture, maida, cumin powder, coriander crushed, baking powder, salt, black pepper powder and mix them then keep in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Now, make balls from the mixture.
In a pan, add cooking oil and fry balls until golden brown.
Your tasty Falafil now ready to serve.
