• For Kabab:
• Beef Mince ½ kg
• Fats 150 gms
• Chopped garlic 5-6 cloves
• Ginger 1 inch piece
• Onion 1
• Red Chili Flakes 2 tbsp
• Crushed Coriander 1 tsp
• Crushed Cumin 1 tsp
• Chopped Coriander ½ bunch
• Chopped Green Chilies 2-3
• Egg 1
• Bread Crumbs ½ cup
• Clarified Butter 1 cup
• Salt to taste
• For Gravy:
• Chopped Onion 1
• Chopped Ginger Garlic 2 tbsp
• Chopped Tomatoes 2-3
• Chopped Green Chilies 3-4
• Fresh Coriander ½ bunch
• Salt to taste
• Coal 1 piece

For Making Kabab:
Add all ingredients in a chopper and make paste, then make kabab and fry.

After fry and put separately.

For Gravy:
Heat 2-3 tbsp oil and fry garlic paste and onions.

Add tomato and fry.

Add 3 to 4 green chilies, salt and coriander and mix put kababs when the Gravy is ready.

And a piece of coal and cover the pot.

Remove coal and serve in a dish.
