Recipe for Pakoda Pasanday
Ingredients
- Meat (small pieces) 1 kg
- Crushed dried coriander 1 pinch
- Gram flour 250 grams
- Crushed seasoning 1 tola
- Red pepper, salt as required
- Garlic 12 nos
- Oil/ghee as required
- White cumin 1 pinch
Cooking Directions
Apply salt and chopped garlic on meat pieces and leave them for few minutes.
Then add water into boiler and boil meat pieces in it.
This is to tender the meat.
Meanwhile prepare the spice of pepper, salt, white cumin, dried coriander and garlic.
Meat pieces will tender in short time if not tender then
high the flame.
Draw the boiler from the stove when meat pieces are tender.
Place it in a plate ans apply all the crushed spices and leave for half an hour.
Then apply gram flour on it and fry into ghee or oil. Sprinkle seasoning on them.
