• Liver 1 kg
• Red chili powder ½ tsp
• 1 Lemon''s juice
• Black pepper powder 1-1/2 tsp
• Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
• Cumin powder 1 tbsp (ground)
• Tandoori masala 1 tsp
• Salt 1/3 tsp or to taste
• Oil 3 tbsp

Wash liver and keep on sieve to drain water.

Now make small pieces of liver and marinate with all ingredients except oil.

Thread into skewers and grill on grill pan with oil.

Give smoke of coal to grilled liver.

Dish out and sprinkle lemon juice and serve with onion rings, tomato, chutney and paratha.
