Recipe for Chicken Pineapple Pasta Salad

- Mayonnaise 1/ 2 CUP
- Cream 3 tbsp
- White paper 1 tsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Icing sugar 2 tbsp
- Milk 1 tbsp
- Boiled chicken 1 cup (cubed)
- Pasta 1 cup (boiled)
- Capsicum 1/ 4 cup (cubed)
- Onion 1/ 4 cup (cubed)
- Pineapple 1 cup (cubed)
Cooking Directions
Take a bowl and mix mayonnaise, cream, white paper, lemon juice, icing sugar and milk.
In another bowl add boiled chicken, pasta, capsicum, onion and pineapple.
Pour over creamy mixture and toss gently.
Chill and serve.
