• Boiled chicken 250 grams
• Onion chopped 1
• Carrot 1
• Capsicum 2
• Tomato 2
• Egg white 4
• Boiled potato (sliced) 3 to 4
• Green coriander chopped ½ bunch
• Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
• Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
• Red chili crushed 1 tbsp
• Olive oil 2 to 3 tbsp
• Salt to taste

In a mixing bowl mix chicken, carrot, capsicums, tomato, and 3 to 4 boiled water.

Then add ginger, onion, black pepper crushed, red chili crushed, olive oil and salt to taste and mix well.

Blend 4 egg white and mix well.

Now put mixing bowl in microwave convection system for 25 min on 200C to bake.

In the end dish it out and garnish with ½ bunch of chopped green coriander.
