Recipe for Cauliflower Manchurian
Ingredients
- Cauliflower ½ kg
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- Tomato ketchup ½ cup
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp
- Garlic & ginger paste 1 tbsp
- Onion, carrot, capsicum, spring onion 1 cup (finally chopped)
- Chili powder 1 tsp
- Oil ½ liter
- Corn flour as needed
Cooking Directions
Remove the cauliflower bud, and dip them in salty water.
Fry them deep, till golden brown.
Make Manchurian sauce, take deep pan, put 1 tbsp oil, tomato ketchup, garlic ginger paste, salt & black pepper as taste.
Brown and white sugar 1 tbsp each, soya sauce and add finally chopped mix vegetables and saute them.
Add the cauliflower on it, rest sauce for couple of minutes.
